The room was comfortable, had central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a hairdryer included, plus it's conveniently close to the theater.

Quaint and exceptionally comfortable place, I liked outstandingly accommodating personnel.

The location was great, for example, Edward Spera Art Gallery was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The room I booked was not cleaned everyday nor given fresh towels and available with fireplace and garden and fresh towels...

Plus, the location is unbeatable, minutes from Niagara Apothecary Museum.

Well-kept room and the bed was super cozy! Plus, it's in a great spot close to all the theaters. 🎭

super friendly staff. At night we suddenly had loud motor-like noises and after our advice the caretaker was sent immediately. After the origin could not be determined, we could sleep in the comfort suite opposite without clearing our room. In addition, excellent coffee is served free of charge in the lounge. The location is only a few minutes walk from the centre with restaurants and shops. Free parking

Great central location. Very pretty and comfortable rooms. Bed was very comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. Spa affiliated with hotal was a wonderful surprise.

Our room was very hot at night- couldn't regulate temperature very well.

It was in a great and stunning location to all the theaters. Moreover, it's really close to various restaurants and entertainment venues as well as beautiful Niagara on the Lake. Stayed in a clean and perfect room that was not cleaned everyday nor given fresh towels.

staff very friendly and helpful. beds nice and comfy

no breakfast facilities at all and couldnt have coffee in our room unless it was between 7am & 11am thought could have laid on breakfast inhe coach & horses downstairs

Beautifully maintained and spacious room with a mini-fridge, fireplace, and balcony as advertised. Magnificent location close to stores, breweries, restaurants on Main Street, Lake ships, and restaurants.
